When 23XI needed it's IT infrastructure to match its performance on the racetrack, it connected with R3 to modernize it's tech stack and bolster its security systems.

The biggest thing for me is additional support. One small example is creating a deployment process for Macs – we don’t have a lot but you guys have helped improve that process. The larger example is on the security side. I’m well-versed in IT security, and having your team available at a second’s notice is extremely valuable. You have also responded to alerts based on those controls; for example, when users have clicked on suspicious links, they have gotten notification from your team for follow-up."

Summary

In the fast-paced world of motorsports, the need for a modern IT infrastructure and tech stack cannot be overstated. Just as a race team meticulously plans every aspect of their strategy for a NASCAR race, a well-thought-out IT strategy is essential for success both on and off the racetrack. Efficiency and speed are paramount, mirroring the lightning-fast pit stops and maneuvers on the track. Just as a driver relies on a finely tuned engine, racing teams require a structured and streamlined IT environment to gain a competitive edge.

In racing, every millisecond counts, and the same principle applies to IT operations. Streamlining processes, minimizing latency, and optimizing communication are not just goals but absolute necessities. An effective IT strategy for a racing team encompasses user/account management, data management, and device management – all executed seamlessly, much like a NASCAR driver navigating tight turns at top speed.

Just as a NASCAR team plans pit stops with precision, a modern tech stack requires careful planning and execution. It’s about managing and securing the flow of information, much like managing the flow of a race. The collaboration between 23XI and R3 exemplifies this synergy, bringing structure and efficiency to every aspect of IT operations, ultimately translating to a competitive edge in the racing world.

Primary Stats

  • $100,000 Saved: R3’s partnership with 23XI led to significant cost savings of over $100,000 on hardware and licensing fees.
  • Eliminated Latency Issues: The elimination of latency issues improved communication from the track to the race shop, enhancing race strategy relay.
  • Increased Security: R3’s managed IT and security services provided 23XI with additional support, ensuring efficient Mac deployment and bolstering cybersecurity.

The Problem

Before partnering with R3, 23XI faced several challenges. They procured hardware at a 10-20% margin on the cost of equipment and obtained licensing at market prices, resulting in significant financial inefficiencies. Communication delays between the race track and race shop affected race strategy relay, and email breaches led to fraudulent wire submissions.

R3SOLUTION
